It was an excellent stay, they received us with warm heart and guided us all the details about the stay and the amenities involved in the package. The location was bit away from the main town, but that was the advantage they had along with peaceful location, birds chirping, wide open balcony, good internet connectivity, kids play area, camp fire, music, delicious buffet. Every room is placed little away from one another, which gives more privacy for honeymoon couples. There were few adventure games involved, which we couldn't try due to lack of time. We had a scintillating view from our balcony, warm hospitality, easy reach to Cochin highway, thank you Tea Valley Resort, we will definitely suggest it to our friends.

We stayed 2 days in this resort... It was a memorable experience and beautiful place... Always fog cross your room and such a wonderful climate... Rooms are very clean and staffs are comfortable with any language with smiley face. Food was very tasty and morning breakfast is so much varieties. They arrange candle light dinner in tree hut area... Suitable for all ages... Must stay here... don't miss your opportunity. Thank you.

Amazing views from the room down to the tea plantations . Excellent food , superb service . Peaceful and no noise from traffic as it is set away from the main road on the slope of a mountain . Well Designed to blend in with the greenery with minimum disturbance to the surroundings. Fantastic pool surrounded by greenery . There is a lovely tree house for the evening drinks

We stayed here for 2days and I feel it was totally worth. View is great. They have tasty food and all staff is very friendly and well mannered. As all said the road to get there is somewhat narrow but I think it is the exciting and you can get some photos in between which other tourists are unable to take. location is also good middle of the tourist places.

Wonderful experience. The best resort I ever visited in terms of service. We went for a honeymoon on Sept 2023. The climate was very good and full of mist. Food were outstanding. Service were amazing too. You guys sets a benchmark.

The Tea Valley Resort did not disappoint. It’s probably the most beautifully located hotel I’ve ever been to. The views are phenomenal, the service excellent and Chef Victor’s cooking demonstration was very informative and entertaining.

Loved our stay here. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was tasty yet harmless and nutritious. I feel the rooms can be maintained better. Esp. the doors. Views from the room exceeded our expectations. You're right in the middle of tea gardens. Ofc, such views come at a cost. The resort is a fifteen minutes’ drive from the town area. Would highly recommend!!

We had a very good experience at this place. It is located in a beautiful location surrounded by astonishing tea gardens. The staff is real good. They have swimming pool, selfie points, swings and adventure areas. They do born fire daily in the evening. The food is really good. The rooms are little small but the view is really great irrespective of the location. Overall we had an amazing experience.

This resort is approximately 2 kms away from the main road, Located right between the Tea Gardens of Munnar. Descent rooms with large balcony. Very good service and polite staff. Good food, Had a small pool, a play area for children and treehouse. Resort is well maintained and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very good place to stay with family and friends.

We stayed at this resort when we recently visited Munnar. This is a beautiful resort with breath-taking views of the tea plantation valleys. It is located on a hill in Pullivasal. You can reach this place easily with the help of the resort staff or local auto rickshaws. The rooms were decent and very clean. Their service is top notch. Our breakfast was complimentary. They have an in-house restaurant too. Their dishes are delicious! It is a perfect place to relax. They have too many activities to do for someone who prefers to stay at the resort. We have gone out to explore the hill station so we haven’t tried them. Definitely recommend this resort.

Stayed here for 4 days. Amazing large rooms with the view of the tea valley which is beautiful. Service was very good. For kid, they prepared food as per directions like non spicy, putting some veggies etc. Enjoyed the amenities like swimming pool, kids play area etc. Food was very good too. At times buffet was a bit spicy but a la carte lunch options tasted amazing. Liked the buffet breakfast spread as well. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful place! The resort is lovely, extremely scenic. It is not, unfortunately, a good place for the elderly or infirm. Many stairs. The food is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, the views are splendid, and the place is quiet at night.
