We at Tea Valley Resort have a generous cancellation policy. Under this policy:-
Prior to 15 days: 100% Refund
Prior to 10 days: 50% Refund
Refunds are not applicable beyond above-specified timelines.
Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of 50% advance payment.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
